This is one of the better books on communication and building and keeping relationships alive. In this busy world we have created we need to be more creative in our relationships. John Powell has put together steps that lead to a more accepting and non-judgmental way of life. First and foremost we need to spend time in solitude and silence and listen to our own inner world. We cannot reach out to others to form a relationship if we are not in touch with ourselves. We will have nothing important to offer one another unless we become aware of our feelings, our thoughts, our spirit.
