Early 1900’s Australian, Dr. Abramowski spent a lifetime eating heavy, cooked foods. He ate meat. He also drank coffee, beer, whiskey, and smoked cigars. After all, the good doctor reasoned: A silverback gorilla is about 30 times stronger than a man. And you don’t see the gorilla with a frying pan in hand. Ever! Nope: He eats little more than fruit and leaves – and picks his dinner straight from the tree! It’s only Man that stuffs himself with every heavy, cooked concoction he can get his miserable hands on.

The BEST BOOK ever written

This is THE BEST BOOK I've read regarding eating a plant-based existence. Dr Abramowski does a great job of explaining the "why" of it while citing specific examples from his own experience. Suffice it to say that this quick read is chock full of valid, understandable and valid examples of how a plant-based diet cures ills, rejuvenates and extends a vibrant life/lifestyle. Kudos to Jeff for putting it out there for everyone. It's the best 99 cents anyone can spend. Spread the word--today! A must read.

easy, informative read

The cure is simple. Eat fruit! Humans are designed to exist on fruit – the ULTIMATE food. Eliminating overcooked, processed foods eliminates disease. Fruit heals!
